When you are requested to verify your account, you can upload the necessary document(s) through our Safe & Secure document upload feature by going to "Menu" -> "My Account" -> "Indetification" to access the verification page.
Here, simply select the relevant category for the document that you are uploading, select the documents from the device and click 'Send for Verification'.
Documents can only be uploaded if they have been requested by Customer Support.
